The annual Juilliard Gina Bachauer International Piano Scholarship Competition is always shared by two winners; Bachelors and Masters. Both pianists receive full scholarship, media coverage and a recital in Juilliard's Paul Hall which is recorded and aired later on WQXR, The McGraw Hill Young Artist Showcase with host Robert Sherman. The 2019 winners are pianists Michael Davidman (MM) and Jaeden Laramie Izik Dzurko (BM). They will perform solo pieces and also Ernesto Nazareth's Elegantíssima e Apanhei-te cavaquinho, transcription for two pianos by Radamés Gnattali.
